The Originals is an American television series that began airing on The CW on October 3, 2013. Created as a spin-off of The Vampire Diaries, the series follows vampire Klaus Mikaelson as he and his family become embroiled in the supernatural politics of New Orleans.
In the series Rebecca Breeds plays Aurora de Martel, one of Klaus’ great loves and also one of the first vampires ever turned by the Mikaelson family. Aurora, even after centuries of being around, is still the puppet of her moods and allows to be driven by emotion rather than reason. She isn’t the most lovable of characters either.
When we met Rebecca Breeds for the round table we discovered a sweet person, very passionate about she does for living, and that easily showed as she took the time to touch on different layers of her character.
